Apple:
- Make sure your device is connected via Wi-Fi.
- Open the camera on your device.
- Scan the QR code.
- Tap the notification that appears and follow the steps on screen.
- Your eSIM profile has now been added.
Please note, make sure to always keep the QR code, as well as the PIN and PUK codes. You will need it if you change to a new device or you want to change the PIN code.
Would you like to change your PIN code? Follow these steps:
- Tap the phone icon on your device.
- Tap the keypad at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow this generic code **04*Current PIN code*New PIN code*New PIN code#: instead of Current PIN code, type in the PIN code you now use. Instead of New PIN code, type in a new 4-digit PIN code of your choice.
- Here is an example of what the code will look like: **04*1234*1369*1369#
- All set? Confirm by pressing the call key.
Android:

To change the dual SIM settings on a Samsung device, go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager.
