Management of your information
- Open the MyTelephony App
- Click on the “My Information” tab
- Click on the your name

- Manage your information
- you can change your First Name & Last Name
- Edit your email (login) & password by clicking on “Change Credentials”
- Edit you Voicemail Password
- Choose your language (flag icon), it is a set as “Default”, Default is the language put in place by your administrator. But you can switch to 4 languages (FR, NL, DE, EN)
- Edit your caller ID Privacy, you have 4 options, it is as Default, which is the option chosen by your Administrator.
- Hide nothing
- Hide your number
- Hide your name
- Hide your name & number
- Don't forget to click on “Save Changes” when your are done editing your information
- You can then see the extensions, phone numbers & devices attributed to you by your administrator. To change the extensions and phone numbers or devices please contact your administrator
User Features
- Within the “My Information” tab, click on the “User Features” button.
- This will show all available User Features, click on a specific feature to enable it (green) or disable it (grey).

Caller-ID Number
this will allow to manage the number shown when the users make a call (you need to have an available number attribute to you to enable this option). If not activated the default caller-id will be the one configured on the Main Number of your account. When activated, you select from the configured number of this user which number must appear when calling.
Click “Saves Changes” when setup is completed

Call Forwarding
This will allow to activate unconditional forwarding and failover Mode. When a call is forwarded, you will receive when answering a forwarded call a voice message asking you if you wishes or not to pick up the forwarded call. You can have a look at our video : Video explanations
- When selecting “Off”, no forward are setup
- When selecting “Failover mode” the call-forward settings will only apply when none of your devices are registered.
- When Selecting the “On” Mode, you can setup an unconditional forward
