What is AnyNexia?

AnyNexia is a powerful Unified Communication solution.

First AnyNexia is a Softphone for your Telephony Solution. A softphone can do the same thing as a hardphone (physical phone) - call via VoIP - but looks different. Instead of a physical phone on your desktop, it's a phone in a software on your computer or in an app on your mobile phone. This offers multiple advantages such as the mobility of your telephony and on need to buy a physical phone.

On Top of that AnyNexia brings other feature such as :

• Chat : the possibility to chat with your colleagues
• Video Conference : the possibility to create Video Conferencing with your colleagues or external users

What do you need?

AnyNexia exist in two versions : the Mobile version (for IOS & Android Users) & the Desktop version (For Windows and Mac users). 

So you would need the following to use AnyNexia:

• a SmartSwitch Cloud Telephony License with the AnyNexia option enabled (contact your administrator if not)
• a compatible device with AnyNexia Installed
• an Internet connection (VDSL, Fiber, 4/5G…). Be aware that the services is impacted by your internet connection. Example : if you are using your AnyNexia Mobile version on 4G and you have poor cell reception, the call quality might be affected. If your are using the Desktop version, we recommend using a cabled Internet over a WIFI to get the best quality possible.

How to get AnyNexia?

Login to our portal https://uc.ipnexia.com and go to Apps by clicking on the "Apps" button

Select AnyNexia in the available Apps:

You can now choose your version and follow istructions from the app:
